TRS is seeking a Program Manager with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field and a minimum of 10 years experience, five of which must have been in a leadership position within Program Management who can excel in supporting the Program Management Department. US citizenship is required.

The Program Management team is looking for a results-oriented individual with effective technical and communication skills who can work well planning, directing, controlling and coordinating financial as well as engineering or manufacturing activities for the program or programs assigned and for achieving financial objectives. Assignment responsibilities include: preparation and implementation of the overall program plan, including operating schedules, manpower forecasts, milestones, allowable costs and work statements; preparation, review and analysis of technical, progress and financial reports; and determining and initiating appropriate action to ensure realization of contractual commitments.
You will have the opportunity to direct all communications and negotiations with the customer. You will also, as the Team Lead, direct the efforts of personnel directly and functionally assigned to the program.
