Why participate as a
Sponsor?
The PMI Emerald Coast FL Chapter serves the
Northwest panhandle of Florida and Southern Alabama area. Sponsorship at
this chapter offers a tremendous opportunity to support the Project
Management profession while exposing your company's products and
services to our members. PMI Emerald Coast FL chapter is the newest in
the US and the first new chapter in over two years. Our members are
employed across disparate industries, with a majority in the Defense
sector. Our depth and breadth of membership has various needs for
community outreach programs, educational opportunities and professional
networking.

Our members are Project Managers working in a broad
range of industries.
Our monthly chapter meetings are broadly attended
local project management practitioners and are open to members and
non-members. Many of our member attendees are certified Project
Management Professionals (PMP®).
Our newsletter is circulated electronically to
active members & subscribers.
Our chapter website receives frequent visits from
guests, members and other Project Management professionals.

Special Full-Day
Symposium Sponsorship Opportunity
For Special Symposium Sponsorship, PMI Emerald
Coast FL offers the following levels of sponsorship:
Sponsorship Levels
Benefits
Platinum - $1,500.00
At the Platinum level, the sponsor will have all of the Gold
level and the following additional benefits:
A total of four (4) participants will
be allowed to attend the event.
A rolling display of the Sponsor will be presented as a
part of the Symposium at the beginning of the event.
Gold - $750.00
The Gold level sponsor will have all the benefits of the Silver
level and the following additional benefits:
A total of three (3) participants will
be allowed to attend the event.
Silver - $500.00
At this level, the sponsor will have all benefits of Bronze level
and the following additional benefits:
A total of two (2) participants will be
allowed to attend the event.
Bronze - $250.00
One Sponsor representative will be allowed to attend the event at
no charge.
A table at the event will be made available to all
sponsors.
Logo and name will be incorporated in event
literature and on the PMI Emerald Coast FL website at
www.pmiemeraldcoastfl.org.
Benefit to the
Chapter:
Helps
defray operational costs of the Symposium such as printed materials,
promotion, travel expenses, etc.
NOTE: Symposium events are not offered on a
recurring schedule. These events are special events offered occasionally
throughout the year. Please check our website Events page to see if any
Symposium events are scheduled.
Monthly Dinner
Meetings Sponsorships - $500
Benefits at the Sponsored Monthly Dinner Include:
Rolling logo/promotion display via PowerPoint presentation during
dinner. The display information must be sent to marketing two (2) weeks
prior to the event.
The
Sponsor will be recognized at the event and given up to five (5) minutes
to promote the company.
Two
complimentary dinner reservations.
Additional dinner reservations at the membership rate (a savings off the
guest rate).
Recognition on the Chapter website via display of sponsor name, address,
description & website link.

Benefit to the Chapter:Helps defray the operational costs of the meeting such as Audio/Visual, speaker's fees, etc.
Monthly Electronic Newsletter
Place your name, logo and description in front of our members and subscribers one a month. Save up to $600 by sponsoring multiple issues.
